General introduction of montan wax extraction technology:
● Lignite crushing, granulation and drying. Break lignite into 2-8mm power, granulate into coal particles with diameter of 2-9mm, and dry the 40% moisture lignite to 14-16%.
● Montan wax continuous extraction. Conveyor sends dried lignite into continuous extractor. The addition of organic solvent with weight ratio of (1-1.4):1 lignite will extract lignite wax out after penetration, soak, rinse, and drying.
● Montan wax separation by evaporation. Solvent rice in montan wax is filtrated by filter, and evaporated by evaporation separator to remove solvent from montan max. Conveyor transports desolventized lignite max to vacuum concentration section.
● Vacuum concentration and condensation. Vacuum concentrating tank heats montan wax at temperature of 100-140 ° C under 300 ½ vacuum condition for evaporation and concentration of 95% montan wax. The distiller distills residue solvent and water, and montax wax enters into condensing system through hydrocyclone to get finished montan wax for packaging.
● Solvent recovery. The evaporated solvent enters into shop solvent turnover tank after condenser for recycling.
